In my Sunday league, we had some bizarre moments....
Once we only had ten men, and some random old fella about 50 was walking his dog, put on a kit and played right back, tying his dog to the corner flag
Another time we had no keeper so the landlord of our local went in goal, using a pair of spare footy socks as gloves
Then there was the time the ref didn't turn up so one of our lads refereed, only we didn't have a whistle, someone remembered they had a harmonica in their boot so he used that instead...
I've got hundreds of memories just like that all true....
Yet I have nothing that comes close to some of the scenes at Liverpool football over the last few yearsi own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Agree the buck stops with the manger but thats for another thread. Im going by the utter ****e that call themselves LFC players on the tele at the minute.Originally posted by sean_lfc View PostTo be honest, you can't ONLY blame the players. If they're so ****, they need to be managed better. A top manager gets separated from the chaff in the adverse situations he's in, when the **** really hits the fan and how he comes out of it and manages the players, the tactics, the team. That's just the way I see it. It's like blaming the sales people at GAME for not selling enough copies and them going bust.

I don't blame ya. But you know, if Mum and Dad don't inspire you, then you'll end up deflated and not living to your full potential. Just my 2 cents.
