Well I watched the game with my 3 year old Daughter and regardless of what was going on the pitch we had a ****ing good laugh throwing cushions at each other. I forgot about what Brad Jones has gone through recently ... I am made up for him ... god it would be wonderful for him to have a good game for us at Wembly

One thing maxi has on our other wide players is that he drifts into the box when the ball is down the opposite wing and poses a threat with his positioning and finishing.

I was out last night with a work do, the football was on so I was watching it intermittently, the team line up was surprising, obviously we rested players for the weekend. It was a difficult game being down to 10 men for so long but finally we got a bit of luck and a result.

I really hope that we can somehow appeal Doni's sending off because Brad Jones doesn't fill be with confidence, what was he doing for their second penalty I also thought Flanagan was poor and it wasn't a surprise that he was the player that was sacrificed to bring on a keeper.

How the hell does Maxi not get game time? The guy scores goals and makes the runs in the box that the rest of our attacking players don't. Also pleased for Andy Carroll, hopefully that goal will give him a confidence boost.

All in all a great deal of positives....especially if Johnson can play left back as Enrique has been poor since Christmas.
I think Henderson has done well in the last few games if he plays in the middle
but tonight was an eye opener at right back-he's got a great engine and when people were tiring he really put a shift in and created a real threat on the right. A real puzzle for KK -he could do a job and keep Baines quiet by pressing forward and keeping him in his half. Hendoerson is really a centre mid but if he's to play on the right i think he's more suited to a RB role than attacking right mid.
if all fit I'd have Kelly at RB and Johnson at LB.
Just hope on Saturday Johnson stays focused on crosses and marks someone -how Yakubu got left alone was criminal
On occasions Johno swithches off -remember Birmingham (a) a few years back!
Coates imroving every game and Skirtel was immense as was Agger.
With Bellers and Shelvey making surging runs I hope the large pitch at Wembley will suit us.

If Aurelio was fit enough I'd play him ahead of Enrique. Enrique just annoys me. Takes too much time deciding what to do with the ball.

He can slow the play down a lot, but it could be argued that he's holding the ball up as there's often no option ahead of him.

I'd honestly play Johnson on the left and Henderson on the right against Everton. Gerrard had a stint at right back at the start of his career, it'll not hurt Henderson to have one too.
