this is probably what happens when fans get into prominent positions at football clubs.Originally posted by DKdan View PostFacts or assumtions?
First: Carra and Gerrard did really well with backing Hodgson. I doubt that their voice will be significant when it comes to future managers.
Carra is so unimportant to the club that it's untrue now. I doubt he will be more then 4th choice when the new season begins.
Second: **** Ayre. He should have no influence on the sporting side of things. Is he Purslow in disguise.[B]Sir Isaac Newton knew the universal law of karma - any action has its equal and opposite reaction.[B]

And I'm sure Rafa had his faults. But It would be unprofessional to remove Rafa from the equation if he was a great candidate for the job, and I really hope we would be better than that.Originally posted by Lecter View PostAyre was caught slagging off Rafa a long time ago after one too many sherbets
He is the most important one imo
But I have seen nothing about them being Cruyff / van Gaal style adverseries!

He's done it at Blackburn and Celtic, although exactly what he did there in terms of negotiations may be unclear.Originally posted by el matador View Postnot sure if kenny is suited to DOF.
you need to do a lot of negotiation and communicate with a lot of people and its not really his strength.
Either way, we did a footballing CEO who's smart at negotiating in there anyway.
