Massively predictable reply but it speaks volumes about Ian Ayre IMO and, as rodo said, sums up our hierarchy in many ways. Very poor, the club can't even look after its own.Originally posted by Kenneth View Post'Disgrace' / 'run by amateurs'
Wow, talk about making a mountain our of a mole hill. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

What would you call it then? A loyal employee, who's worked for the club for over 40 years can't get a ticket for the match through the club. I'd say that's a disgrace.Originally posted by Kenneth View Post'Disgrace' / 'run by amateurs'

The ticket office made a **** up with me, i wont go into details, but basically they ****ed up one of the Cup games meaning i didnt get it recorded on my membership and therefore missed out for the semi final - i emailed Ian Ayre explaining the whole thing and got no response - i then forwarded the email to the ticket office and they rung me up, told me they were sorry and re-allocated me the full credits plus a semi final ticket. I couldnt believe they did that, wasnt expecting anything. It was quite heartening that they gave enough of a **** to do it - then i read about George Sephton's situation.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostMassively predictable reply but it speaks volumes about Ian Ayre IMO and, as rodo said, sums up our hierarchy in many ways. You say you emailed them? I expect they just wanted a quiet life and nipped in the bud there and then.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostThe ticket office made a **** up with me, i wont go into details, but basically they ****ed up one of the Cup games meaning i didnt get it recorded on my membership and therefore missed out for the semi final - i emailed Ian Ayre explaining the whole thing and got no response - i then forwarded the email to the ticket office and they rung me up, told me they were sorry and re-allocated me the full credits plus a semi final ticket.
