Well that is that then, now definitively, mathematically, totally, completely and utterly impossible for us to achieve 4th position. We haven't been in the hunt for ages and are currently a staggering 16 points behind Newcastle.
I just hope the Geordies can do it, if they can't then Spurs. But hopefully Chelsea have left themselves with to much to do.
It's a shocker of a season in the league when all we have to play for with 5 games to go is a battle to finish above Everton...

The problem is had Liverpool moved on vs the game against Arsenal and won at Sunderland, QPR, Wigan and Villa we are fighting for 4th or possibly 3rd place.
The game vs Arsenal was a psychological blow but the results which followed were unaccaptable and damged our season.Comment
