I thought we played pretty well today most of the time. I think today actually highlighted how fragile a team we still have mentally. As soon as Gerrard made that great interception and pass and Suarez finished it very well our confidence changed completely. After goal no. 2 and we played like we did for most of the season. I also had the feeling that 1 goal Norwich way and the team could crumble a bit.
But after the third brilliant little goal, we looked like gaining that extra bit of confidence needed to get a few more results. There is a good chance we can take this result in to the Fulham match and be all ready for next weekends final.
Everybody played well I think, and I hope Suarez can keep the finishing from this game going - he will go from being a good to a fantastic striker then!
We create this amount of chances in most games, and a few more goals from midfield and an extra striker in the team and it's looking very solid. Especially with Lucas back next season. I really hope Kenny get's next season to put the last few touches on what he has started.
