Everything you see and everything you hear now all points to a focus on developing our youth players and bringing them into a team with quality players and making everyone gel together. I think Brendan will bring great professionalism to the club and push the youngsters in the right direction. Im excited to see how he develops Shelvey, Sterling, Suso, Silva, Flanagan, Wisdom and Pacheco.

Thought it was going to be a little tachy, but looks good.
It's a prediction thread on a wish list.

I thought this was a joke. IS this really what we need, our dirty laundry for all of the world to see?

Do we get to see Kenny's face the moment he gets the sack, set to the same ****ty music they use for the x-factor some retards sob story? How ****ing low can we go?

I thought these new owners would give us some of our pride back after the cowboys we had last time out.

For me, these shows are amazing fun. They have a series here in the USA called HARD KNOCKS, which is what I assume this is based on; its a warts and all, behind the scenes look into a single NFL club during a single off-season and training camp. It is not like typical "reality shows", it is more like a documentary film-- it is not nearly as staged, no hidden cameras, no confessions to the camera, just trying to document what is happening under normal circumstances. they aren't changing the club to fit some reality TV "how much drama can we manufacture" model.

It makes for great TV and knowing as much as we do about our club, it provides access to things we never get to see-- the training room, meetings, behind the scenes-- it is fascinating stuff. I don't think they will dwell on making people look bad. I will say, the photography alone on this is top notch-- makes it very watchable.

It seems a little bit old school to want a closed doors policy; its a new media world, I think the club look progressive and confident for allowing this to happen during the launch of the BR era. Who knows, long term it could be a valuable record of the start of something great.

Well if you put it that way it sounds alright. I just didn't want to see some fake soap opera bull****. I'll probably watch it.
