As a manager there is a time to be serious and a time for joking. It was good for Rodgers to stamp his authority when he tried to be serious with the players. Now they will know from now on not to overstep the mark in those situations. I think he will bring a good balance of discipline and freedom. In his opening few months he has impressed me more than any other boss in my whole time of supporting Liverpool.

Had a manager at my workplace with the exact same arrogance, Irish accent, slow speech and even height. Small man syndrome. Treated all of us like ****, was selfish and useless - honestly the worst type of manager you will ever see - then left last week after two years of hell. We all had a party.

The video brought back some painful personal memories. Hopefully, Buck is substance and not just bull.
