Thanjk you.

It's the little decisions that have built up over the course of this season that make me not believe in Kenny as a manager so it does get to me.
Our tactics seem to have no basis, its frustrating. Once I'd like to see something and thing, ah that makes sense.
Chelsea are playing with pace down the flanks, so we shoot ourselves in the foot and put Agger at LB.
They are known for playing 3 CM's anyone that watches MOTD could have told you that, we play Shelvey and Henderson. Offers little in terms of protection and ball winning.
I'll be annoyed if Agger is shifted out to left back to accomodate him, this messing around with the team and tactics is part of the reason we are where we are in the league.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I know Downing gets alot of stick, but if we're sticking with him we need to give him a role that he will play consistently, moving him from left to right from one game to the next isn't going to help him. The same goes for a number of the others, if you play Agger at centre back then shift him to LB then back to centre back he won't know whether he's coming or going. We need to pick a system and stick with it, give the players a chance to get used to it rather than switching it from one game to the next.
