Tbh, it doesn't take a genius to pick a manager. But it does require a top mind to identify an up and coming one. How many clubs have life long fans in charge and still pick the wrong manager? Not many actually get it right.

I bet that after a few hours on the net I could identify the top baseball coachs. And I know **** all about baseball.

Why can't it be that they did this with the best intentions of the club in mind? Seems a bit of an over reaction.

To be fair, when they took over we expected them to overhaul and mould in the way they saw fit. Roy going and Kenny coming in changed those plans, so they gave it a chance the old way. Hasnt worked, fresh overhaul, fresh start.

I'll bet in a couple of years we'll be looking back praising how well they set this club up, and we'll be back up there. Quote me on that.

                    Paul Lambert
                    Capello

                    Happy with those.

I'd also love Rafa back. Don't think FSG will go for it though - they have the chance to put their own stamp on the club so why wouldn't they?

There's less chance of failure with Rafa than the other options though.
                        Hello mert.

About Rafa. There is no news whatsoever to tell. Nothing has changed with him in regards to Liverpool in the last weeks. Nothing to report

Wonder if we'll look at someone like De Boer, two league titles in 1 and a half years at Ajax after 6 seasons without.
