          He'd be a decent option.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Looking at the list of names, and I'm looking at the ones that are realistic, depresses me more. Would it have been so wrong to have given the King another year??

EDIT: Went to Galatassary and wasn't great and now at cushy job in Saudo Arabia. IMO waiting for big club offer.

Shocked how people forget what he did for Barcelona & the players he brought through. Players like Puyol/Iniesta/Xavi & Messi, the style of football he played & what he won. Incredible playing career too.

Personally i'd love the see that philosophy at LFC.

I went to the Nou Camp to watch Rijkaard's Ronaldinho team and they were absolutely phenomenal.

Its forgotten that he kicked off an unbelievable vein of form that started when he bought Edgar Davids in a January window that lasted the best part of 3 years. He killed the Galacticos. Only bettered by Pep's model of a year ago I reckon.

                      Ooh. Er.

I've always been a fan of Pardew and said that he's a good manager.

Not quite sure I'd want him at LFC though.

                          That link was inevitable

Pardew's at the biggest club he'll ever manage now, and he's making a real go of it.

you were a lucky man to see them play. He laid all the ground work for Pep, then Pep got Barca playing that intense pressing.

I'm surprised no big club has come in for him since his time at Barca. He got Dutch to semis of Euros too lost only on penos, but was credited with playing the best football in the tournament.

How long we thinking until we have a new gaffer then?

                                After the euros I reckon.
