With all the uncertainty surrounding the club, with the constant changing of managers, with our poor league form over recent years and failure to reach the CL, surely we have to get in a big name who is well respected across Europe to have any chance of signing some decent players.

I don’t think we can take a chance on a potentially great young manager at this stage.

while appointing a Martinez, Lambert or Rodgers maybe a spectacular sucess in the long run, We need a big name boss from Europe to attract the best of the players that City/united/chelsea don't want.
