I dont care whether employees are Liverpool fans or notOriginally posted by BootRoom View PostSo your solution is to formally employ people that support other clubs on the presumption that this arrangement will transform them from Machiavellian conspirators out to damage the club, into shrewd and capable emissaries that only have our best intentions at heart?
But asking for advice from potential rivals and competitors is ****ing madness - and that is what they are apparently doingBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

I see a lot of people saying there are tonnes of better managers we could go after before Martinez, Lambert and Rodgers. One thing that needs to be asked here. How do any of you know there are better managers out there?
None of these 3 managers have had the chance to manage a big side with resources that Liverpool have. One of them could go on to be the best manager in the world for all we know. Yes its a huge risk but sometimes a gamble pays off. It is crazy to see people dismissing a guy before he's even had the chance to manage a top side like us.
I just don't understand why managers of relegation battling teams are somehow deemed automatically worse than managers with more experience of big teams. Everybody has to start somewhere and the likes of Martinez, Lambert and Rodgers have done extremely well within the constraints and limitations of their club.
I personally would prefer FSG gambled on somebody new. A young, raw, unproven manager. Though it could backfire, we haven't had that in a long time and it could be the breath of fresh air that LFC need.

Getting very strong indications that it won't be AVB for LFC. And, unfortunately, it won't be Rafa

There are tons and tons better managers that we should be going after and not that bunch.
If saving a club in PL is good enough reason to be considered for LFC managerial job then we are ****ed big time...
