I don't think we're being "incredibly negative" at all , just not 100% convinced interviewing so many people is the best idea. Am I not allowed to say that on here?

Whether he thought he could do the job, he has been very astute in turning it down realising that unless its a big name following Kenny there will be many doomsayers from day one of his tenure a la the bodge.

Rodgers goes to the interview and doesn't get it, upsets the apple cart at Swansea.. 11 other people makes it unlikely he will. Why would he want to mess up the job he already has.

Klopp would be a stretch at the best of times.. He'd want us to make his feel crucial to our new plan and do everything to get him just to stand a chance. He's now 1 of 12. He doesn't need the job, we need him.

Martinez is anything from 4/7 to 5/4
AVB is anything from 5/2 from 9/2
Raafa is anyhting from 5/1 to 10/1

and polenty of money for deschamps 9/1 in places although you can still get 20/1 with Betvictor.

"Next Manager" markets are ridiculously volatile markets and you can't normally infer much from a shift in the odds. You'll often find numerous people go odds on in them at some point or another before a new manager is appointed. Also only a relatively small stake can massively shorten the odds as they are comparatively small markets. I used to work for Betfair for a few years so I speak from experience in this. Best thing to do is to back people at high odds, then lay them off when they shorten
