I think people are right to be sceptical.
Positives: They've removed the debt, They've spent £100m on transfers, they're improving our worldwide marketing (this was already underway though), they plan on improving Anfield or building a new stadium
Negatives: They've spent £35m net to get us back to the top against sides with £300m squads, we're about to have our 3rd manager under their ownership, they've sacked everyone else at the club it seems, they seem to be looking at flavour of the month managers, we're no nearer a new stadium than we were under G&H
Its a few years in now, and I don't know about you, but I'm very much undecided on them.Comment

The news that we are interviewing 12 candidates is a bit slack in my opinion.
It reaks of being leaked to show that they are being methodical, when in reality who they interview and the numbers interviewed should be kept internal.
Don't get me wrong, it's good that we are interviewing, but this information shouldn't have been made public.Comment

£35m is a lot to put in for one transfer window, I'm sure money was available for the Jan but we never spent it. You are also arguing net spend v gross spend. City and United's first 11 cost about £145m each, our first team was not hugely less expensive. Acting like we haven't been back in the transfer market is just plain ignorant.I think people are right to be sceptical.
