I was reading up on the 3-4-3 formation, and it seems to be getting some hype within football quarters. There's some dry youtubes showing how it works, and you should be able to find some examples of it being played if you want to look into it.

It's almost zonal across the whole pitch which shifts depending where the ball is. But in a nutshell it ****s up your oponents formations.

Something has been worked out here. And I think some key players are keeping schtum.

I can't say I have any knowledge on the formation, but it seems to be gaining some momentum. Any links as to what you've been looking at please?

I can't say I've ever been a fan of a back three; with the majority of teams playing a lone striker and support from deep, it usually drags out one defender and creates confusion amongst the remaining two. Unless one was sweeping of course, but that is very 90's. The four across midfield and three upfront is obvious, if not a little clustered upfront.
