    imo, we looked like we hadn't had any coaching at all in many games last season. One pretty predictable plan with no other ideas. Granted, the defence got better as the season went on, but without the gut feel approach, the evidence is mainly against him.

      I've been there. Bender seems to have formed the impression people are praising him.

      I honestly don't know where to start with that.
      .
      Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

              The fact that the players and Kenny spoke so highly of him and the club rejected his resignation would suggest to me that better informed personnel than us though he was doing a pretty good job.
              If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
