          on paper, they are equivilent as you say, but we weren't American when Parry was appointed so i don't think conclusions can be made about exactly what his role was from the job title.

            Yeah I agree with you there, even identical job titles don't necessarily mean identical roles

            Obviously we weren't American owned, I just meant I thought one was originally an American term for the same thing that has since come to be used just as often as the other here.
