Wise the **** up, he never really got into the game but was feeding off scraps in truth, still played some lovely balls through to Gonzalez on the left.

I doubt thats the case, although he could be loosing confidence and possibly doubting his own ability now. Not sure what he is like in training, but Rafa must be questioning what Robbie has left to offer.
Linfield looks pretty good whenever ive seen him.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Holy fcuk, talk about knee-jerk reactions, eh?
Everyone was up Robbie's ass after his performance against Reading(CC Game) a few weeks ago, 'he's as good as ever, he still has it' etc etc,
now after a fairly quiet game last night, he's may as well retire, he's not interested anymore etc etc.

he was hopeless but i don't think it was necessarily down to fitness. nothing he did came off. maybe he just had one of them games.

Pot calling kettle black springs to mind re an earlier post on this thread.
Anyway, lol. I have been willing Robbie on now since he rejoined us, personally, I am just making observationst on what we have seen of Robbie, and tol be totally honest, I dont think he is up to much, I still want him to start banging them in, as he was my favourite player for a long time. I just think time is running out for him which is obvious, and im not sure if he will make the necessary impact based on what ive seen to get his contract extended beyond this season.

Didn't play well by his standards but then might have been down to his partnership with Bellamy who had a shocker. Not saying it was the cause but it couldn't have helped.

Robbie is just as likely to pop in a hat trick in his next game so HNWA in my book.

He looked like an old man, but I still think he has a role to play at the club. I'd like to think it had more to do with having an off game as opposed to having turned to **** from Reading to now.

The problem is he has to stay fit and keep his weight down while trying to get a run of games, but he won't get in the team ahead of Kuyt or Crouch.

I'm sure he will play in Istanbul though, which will be nice to see.

When Lasty got back from the game he said "Fowler just couldn't be bothered"

It'd do you more good to put your personal feelings for AA to one side, because your previous post didnt make you look too good.
