Think he'll be a step up from that. Not right into the first team but the kid did make a first-team appearance for Leverkusen and is one of the more promising prospects in German football. Probably in a similar spot to Adam Morgan, fighting for spots in the cups/EL.

That's what I'm hoping too. Yesil, texeira, suso, Morgan, Robinson... Probably all in a similar boat I guess, with some further ahead than others. I'd like to see us field a youth side like that in the early rounds of the carling cup. Hopefully well get to see a few of them this season

He played 10 minutes for Bayer first team thus far.

Time will tell but I don't think we will see him with L4 first team squad much unless we have injuries.

But would he have played more this season? I'm guessing so. Time will tell mate, but Rodgers has said he sees us as having 3 strikers - borini, Suarez and Carroll. He's got a chance of making an appearance if we get a bad run with injuries
