'Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controlling the ball and of making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple.'
Just listening to the BR interview that someone posted before.
Rodgers said that the young lads we have at the club are going to have to play now, lads that wouldn't normally have had the chance to play will now get that chance.
Looks like the likes of this guy, Morgan etc will get games. Says there is a good 25 games between now and the Jan transfer window so they will get games for sure.
Said he has been very impressed with Sterling, also the boy Suso will get the opportunity too.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
Young players are unknown and add some unpredictability to the team. I think most teams will already have identified the pattern of Sterling's play, hopefully he can become a little less predictable. I'm trying to cling onto the positive in a rubbish situation. We do have some good young players and hopefully they can contribute something this season, what choice do we have?!

Sounds good.
Did he actually say Suso would get games, aye? Very, very good news.

Yeah he mentioned him specifically; "boys like Suso will get an opportunity" - link

Apparently there is a clause in his contract that Leverkusen can buy him back for the same price we paid them
edit - just noticed Kop-al posted the same.
I'm not having that, where is the link or the article that says that?
It just doesn't make sense.
Hey Leverkusen, we really like the young kid Yesil you've got, we'll buy him off you, develop him and then when he is older and better you can have him back off us for the same price we agree now ok?
I could believe IF we decided to sell in the future BL have first option
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Perhaps its dependent on the players decision. If he wanted to stay at Liverpool over Leverkusen then he could. Just speculating though...
If he is doing well and establishes himself into the first team, why on earth would he want to go back to Leverkeusen? It is a shoddy piece of business on our part letting such clauses exist (not surprising really) but I don't think it is anything to be too concerned about in this instance.
I suppose Bayer could be clever and try and use the buy back clause if another bigger club (than Bayer) wanted him and Bayer would get all of the fee.
"Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley
certain circumstances could be absoloutely anything. the article mentions a few possibilities but it could just as easily be a case of first refusal, or if he fails to settle first year, 10% increase each year etc...
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.
