I've never been in there so don't know what Chameleon is like but the incident was outside and had nothing to do with the bar.

Three Arsenal fans in court today over Liverpool city centre murder of London man Stuart Smith

                http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/2012/...0252-31760330/

Police said they know both victim and attackers had been in Bar Bodega on Colquitt Street, before the violence.
Police have said they do not believe the incident was football or gang-related or that Mr Smith knew his attackers.
Joseph Walker, 27, of Tintail Way, Heyes, Middlesex; Mark McEwen, 39, of Angel Park Garden, Brixton and Michael Samuels, 39, of St James’ Road, Croydon were due to appear at Liverpool magistrates court this morning charged with Mr Smith’s murder

Such a fine line between a late night punch up and actually murdering someone..

My missus best mate from school was killed trying to stop a fight.

Took a punch to the side of the head and as he went down cracked his head on the pavement.

Heartbreaking, so out of the blue and unexpected for the parents, they must have been devastated.

You can't really comprehend it, your lad goes for a night out and the next thing you know the police are giving you the news.

My 20 year old was mugged early hours Sunday morning in Manchester (about the same time as this incident in Liverpool) but thankfully he only lost his phone not his life. My other lad was robbed at gunpoint in Altrincham a few years ago but again he wasn't physically hurt thank God.

Par for the course round here mate! Two years ago we had a car nicked off the drive by a Man Utd player although he's just joined Birmingham via West Ham...
