Man City were pretty useless. They could only be congratulated for one thing..... being able to fit all eleven men in the penalty box.

Such a sad thing. We talk about 96 people, and other numbers in other incidents, and it has a level of abstraction, a number of something, a measurement, but when you learn about the lives, the thoughts and personalities of individuals behind the numbers there really is no way to measure the loss. So sad.

Seems like a genuinly good fella.

And a nice gesture from Everton making a permanent memorial at their ground for the 96!

                Martinez is a class man

If memory serves I just about wanted him ahead of Rodgers, the lesser of two bad choices.

I am in clip order again, it still upsets and angers me, the whole futility of the tragedy and anger and frustration at the *******s that covered it up, were not man enough to face the truth.

The whole episode is just so heartbreaking and it still goes on 25 years later.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

I went down to Anfield after work tonight and got there about 6.00pm. Just stood there for about 20 minutes reading the cards on the flowers and the scarfs on the Shankly gates.

                              Jesus, that is so sad.

People always think about those that passed away and rightly so but never remember those who have been maimed and injured.

                              That is so sad.

                              RIP the 96.

Thoughts are with the families, the prospect of justice at last offers some comfort.

Nothing can ever make this right, but hoping it does make it better.
