Football is as much about confidence as anything else. If we beat Sunderland and steamroller YBB, then we could well win every game.

Lose, and we just sink deeper into the mire. Just need a good run of results to see us pick up.

Every game should be massive for us.

I think this is part of our problem. We always have seemed to get up for the big games lately, but havent had the same intensity and intent vs the lower/promoted teams. There needs to be a feeling of desperation/desire in every game to be able to win.

That's the managers job to motivate the players, very big part of his job too.
