Expectations for this season

I think he’s already completed his main objective, slashing the wage bill drastically. Bar relegation form, I don’t think he’ll be under any pressure from the owners.

It is relegation form. I'm not being sensationalist and I don't think we will go but our form is relegation standard.

We need more games, more time to learn the system, and a lot more bloody goals. Then we can say BR's starting to have a positive effect at the club.

It was clear yesterday as it was last year that we needed to get a striker that can convert and not only that we didn't address that issue we ****ed up so bad that our only options are now 2 18-year old kids.

That screw-up will cost us dearly this year.

I expect us to struggle and for me, it is a lack of concentration. I don't know if the players at the back have too much to think about, but as much as we need to be clinical up front, we need to be clinical at the back and our most experienced players have been very poor in conceding possession and being caught out for goals that never should have been scored. If we can erase that and build a solid defense, we can press on from there. I'll take 1-0 wins any day of the week. We could be battering teams with a clinical finisher but without one, everyone has to work harder.

I think we'll struggle our way to 6th or 7th. No cups. Hard to convince a big time player to join this project unless the ship starts to turn.

I think we are going to finish the 2nd half of the season strong. I will be happy if i see Brendan getting the best out of players, us starting to play something like the football Swansea played and some penetration in the final third. We need the coaching staff to find a way to unlock the full potential of Suarez

Monumental cluster ****, Hopefully we learn from it and move on. But I think we will be going into the Jan Transfer Window around 10th, With a decent striker It would have been more top 6.
