          Looking comfortable at the back, but as soon as we are in the final third, we're devoid of ideas and movement. Shelvey has had a poor start.

          Sunderland players have clearly been told to get on Allen as soon as he receives the ball.

            Gerrard seems to be playing alongside Allen. Shelvey in front of them. Suarez is being a bit wasteful again today.

                Suarez should have carried on right; Borini's movement dragged a Sunderland player out and we had a player over. Instead he snatches at the shot.
