That's the first Liverpool game in months I've really enjoyed. Very refelreahinf.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Lots of good points but that team were as careless as the first team have been. Feels good to win and score some goals.

Obviously Shelvey was excellent when he came on. Though Wisdom did well apart from for their second, Henderson was pretty good. None of our midfielders have the slightest bit of defensive nous/instinct though.

Carragher looked a spent force there. Initially he did well getting us to set a good offside line but overall the defense looked poorly organised and he wasn't tong enough in one on ones. Enrique still looks rubbish.

Borini has excellent movement. I think he'll bee a success in the end.

                nice

very enjoyable to watch, wisdom seems like a right monster at right back, so we've got that position covered for the next decade..suso very good on the ball, so is sahin...we desperately need a striker

We took advantage of the naive young boys, constantly thrusting into their rear.
                  3rd place. Worst champions ever.

great fun that. Lots and lots of positive performances out there and some stinkers ... it seems these days any real attack by the opposition results in a goal ... looking on the bright side .... Suso looked quality as did Wisdom, Hendo was solid.. actually I thought most the team with the exception of Danny P, Enrique, Carra and to some extent Coates had a very impressive run out

Very Wengeresque to put faith in so many debutants. Quite happy to see Brad Jones getting his game again after filling in well last season.

Tactically **** knows what was going on, but it was all very enjoyable and pleasing on the eye.

I enjoyed watching that even more than watching this.

Borini certainly is busy and I agree the midfield needs to tongen up.

That was fun. Edgy at times but with the team we had out you could hardly expect us to be stable defensively. Well impressed by Wisdom and Shelvey. Henderson had a poor first half but did better the second. Anyone notice Wisdom constantly letting the ball come to his right foot and then playing it just behind him. Constantly confused the defenders. He was very assured on the ball. Very impressed by him.
