I don't know about corrupt, but I think we have some serious diplomacy to do. It can't be a coincidence that last week Suarez is yellow carded for going over in the box under an unfair challenge and Valencia flops over, barely touched, in the box and gets what he's after.

We have a good progressive system of play which will get better.

We have an excellent core of kids who will get better with the opportunities and are getting some invaluable PL experience.

Couple of smart purchases and we could be challenging for fourth very soon.

This season is a write off. We are going to be inconsistent. I would rather be inconsistent and finish 10th-14th by playing Sterling/Suso/Shelvey rather than finish 6th/7th by playing Downing, Konchesky, and company. If we are going to have a **** season let us do it the cheapest way possible and get invaluable experience for the youngsters.

We will be fine along term.

Thought we played really well.

Beforehand I was worried that everything around the game would effect the performance but we bossed it certainly up until the red. The least we deserved was a draw.

Halsey had a shocker although he was clearly told to give a red either by the lino or the 4th official.

Utd are **** and their midfield is shocking. Scholes came on and helped them keep possession but without him they are ****ed.

How many years have we been sayng that?
