Massive hole between defence and midfield at times is pretty scary.
We played well in patches today, started both halves far too slowly for me though.
Wouldn't say that anyone had a poor game, Carragher is what he is now, Assaidi was quiet but apart from that I think everyone can walk away knowing they played well enough.
Robinson looked assured, quick and strong for his age. Henderson started really slowly but eventually grew into the game pinging the ball about quite nicely, finding Shelvey for fun in the first half.
I also thought Allen was a little off by his standards in the first half, gave the ball away really cheaply a few times but settled into the game.Vive la FranceComment
