Stoke are an absolute disgrace to the Premier League - and Lee Mason isn't much better on today's showing. It's clear that the Stoke players feel they can foul us (especially Suarez) at will and nothing will be done about it. Nothing given for a stamp on the chest is ridiculous and no doubt nothing will be done retrospectively either. Fuming.

Every goal kick takes 30 seconds to take. Every free kick. Every throw in. There is not a more cynical bunch in the Premier League than that abomination of a football team.

Lee Mason, as expected, is atrocious. Huth should have had a red card and two yellows by now. Stoke are being a bunch of thugs and are allowed to get away with it.

Football wise, they're pressing us and we can't get our passing going. Allen is practically being man marked by Adam. Suso, Sterling and Suarez are playing well but Gerrard and Sahin have been very poor.

This 45 minutes of football was in essence about 25 minutes of playing time. It's amazing, I want them to go down and never come back, and I want to shove that cap down Pulis' throat.

Had a good strike earlier, and should have done better with one after a move from Sterling and Suarez, but yeah........he was very in-and-out that half.
Especially when we need our experienced players to be standing up against this mob.

If they finish with eleven men, it'll be a miracle. Or highlight a referee who couldn't ref a game of football.

We are our own worse enemy though; Long, high balls to Sterling or Suarez is not gonna work, neither are long balls down the channel to chase - we can't compete physically here and we need to be savvy. We're quick to hand over possession and we can't build anything.

We need to get hold of the ball and pull Stoke out of position and utilise our pace in the space behind their defensive line. We need to get Sahin on the ball with time and Gerrard needs to slow his ideas down and be patient.

Shocking? I thought we played well for the last 20 mins of the second half. Stoke are pressing very high and are trying to prevent us from passing from the back. If we keep playing like that and stop the silly mistakes at the back, we'll score.

once again I'll break with the majority and say I haven't got a problem with how Stoke play. We've all got obsessed with wanting players booked. They stretch the rules but its one team and sometimes West Ham out of 20. Its up to us to use our skills and get round them. Utd do it. We as a collective moan all the time mainly because we rarely win these days. Walters challenge was a bit sly but it didn't hurt johnson, he even got up straight away. If he accepts it why can't we? Consistency of refs obviously is the key.

Right am I right in saying there are no sopcast streams working?
