Shelvey is back from his ban, surely after todays performance Gerrard deserves to be dropped?
He does, but I can't see it happening.

It just seems like it is not going to change any time soon. Rodgers has us playing in a style were we are leaking goals left right and centre and we have nothing up front to make the most of all the passing and amount of play we have.

Problem is, Suarez is stupid enough to play right into the media's hands with nonsense like that dive. There is no excuse for that, he's his own worst enemy, and he's way too gobby.

i dont know what the **** they're on about there.

faustino asprilla, david ginola and for united evra, nani, ronaldo are the biggest diving cunts around.

            peoples memories are too short.

Its becoming a re-occurring thing now. I get the feeling he wants to play his own way and not to the system when the chips are down.

He looks quite happy to play short passes when we're in front. But when we're drawing or we're behind, he seems to like playing 40/50 yard balls to a player in trouble.

Could just be me finding something to moan at like.

Its not as embarraing as the one Carroll did last season.

But we never hear anything of that, cos he's English innit.

We were. I don't think today continued it though tbh.

There's no excusing what Suarez did today. It takes all our efforts in trying to rightly defend him to a null void. It was a ****ing terrible dive. I think he should apologise.

He's no more gobby than a Cole, Keane or a Rooney but he's been made into a public figure of hate to sell papers.

We do hear about that, but there's no point trying to point to examples where a player once did a dodgy dive because Suarez is a repeat offender. Of course that makes it more of an issue.

It's obvious we still have goal scoring issues and we struggle when teams sit deep. I thought we weren't as patient as we normally are today, though we significantly improved in the second half. We just need to wait for our chances a little bit more, instead of looking for the cross all the time. Little balls played into feet to players between the lines, which Suso was doing first half.
