Allen is probably the only one out there who will start on Sunday, and him & Shelvey both look lethargic. Cole is generally useless, Henderson isn't a right back, Carra can't run much and Yesil shouldn't be anywhere near the first team yet. Its not really a recipe for a classic performance.

Thing is, although this may be our best chance for some silverware, only so many trophies to go round etc etc, we get no credit for winning it anyway, does anyone really really want to win it ? I do.

We should be playing like it's the Champions league imo, at least effort wise.

lot of miserable sods on here. the advantage of radio, you don't have to see the misplaced passes. bbc radio say swansea have edged it, yet listening to you lot you'd think we were 5 down and getting smashed off the park. two halfs football. swansea have their first team out whereas we have lots of squad players starting. its bound to be hit & miss.

Yeah, to be honest we've probably not been quite as terrible as most of the comments on here make out, we've just not been very good or dynamic. But with the team we're playing, against the team they're playing, its not that surprising really.

Allen looks proper ****ed, like he needs to lie down, fall asleep and wake up in a couple of days. We're running him into the ground.

Cos every time the ball's played up to him he's so easily outmuscled and brushed aside. Like I said he's a boy against men and it shows.

He does seem to be up against 3 or 4 defensive players whenever he touches the ball. Our CM has been awful. Allen has been really sloppy, exactly what you don't expect, and Shelvey has looked static and disinterested, also the opposite of what you'd expect. We've not turned up at all, but Swansea have also closed us down well.

no of course not he is just a kid doing the best he can.

But we need to win this so we can't afford any passengers.

Carra on a yellow is going to be dangerous if he's left on for the full game but we need to take off Yesil, Cole and Allen.

I guess Rodgers will give them 5 or 10 minutes of the second half before making changes but personally I'd like to see at least two at half time.

You appear to have forgotten that we have a major striker shortage. Leave him on I say, he needs the games.

I was hoping this would be a good advert for putting players in the shop window I can't see the likes of Downing, Cole, Henderson getting shipped out this January unfortunately :-(
