Very pleased with that. Suarez, Sterling and Enrique very effective. Great second half. Allen worked very hard and Henderson made a difference. Suarez is world class. We were flat in the first half but Suarez lead by example by that stunning first goal. All the other results in the league just about worked in our favour too.

Dull first half, good second half, the goal undoubtedly changed the game, after Wigan went behind they had to push men forward leaving space for us which made it easier for us and hence we were able to get the goals. We are a decent side capable of playing some good stuff as the second half showed. The problem is we struggle to break teams down and get in front, to then allow us to get more space to play in...

Suarez was great today as was Enrique, I though that wa probably his best performance for us. I've been a critic of his because I thought he was defensively poor for a full back. Playing him further forward seems to be the answer.

Great result and a solid performance. Still feel the midfield area really needs Lucas back in it as we do concede a bit too much ground in that area at times for my liking.

Suarez is on fire!! Only 8 points off CL spots now, it has to remain our target!
