    Tottenham (A) Match Build Up

2 days to go and seeing as everyone is in such upbeat mood, may as well start looking forward to it.

Recent form at WHL doesn’t real well.

Our last win was in 2008 when Voronin scored.

Spurs haven’t been great under AVB, so could go either way, hard to call.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I think we'll lose this one. Might put a tenner on it.

Would love to win it as most of my workmates are Spurs fans. They lost 3 on the bounce until yesterday. Bale coming into form, Dembele due back and Sandro looks like he will play (he's handy enough). Adebayor banned which is a good thing. Think our pace up front could cause them problems. Let's hope we can keep 11 men on the pitch after last year's fiasco!

I think Johnson should be able to cope with Bale and Skrtel and Agger easily manage Defoe. On this years form that should be enough to stop Spurs but no doubt Dempsey or Sigurdsson will play a blinder for them, before they disappear into obscurity again.

Suso and Sahin to start this game to keep possession perhaps? Might even see Stevie benched on the pretence of age. Only one team has Suarez and that team should win.

                      Reina
                      Johnson Agger Skrtel Enrique
                      Allen Henderson
                      Suso Sahin Sterling
                      Suarez

Think I'd put Shelvey in for a bit of presence against Sandro and Huddleston. Not sure what I would do with LB though. Enriqure has played well further forward and offers excellent cover chasing back too which might be important against Lennon. Just not so sure I want to see Downing start there again though.

Downing will not start as a LB on Wednesday, if he does BR needs to be sectioned.

If Wisdom is still out then I think he might. Besides, we kept a clean sheet with him in the team on Sun so if the forwards (or officials) had of did their job then we would have won.

Have a feeling we'll win this one. Mainly because its been so long since we won at WHL and they have a new manager who has by no means steadied the ship yet. They are up and down, like us, which means this game could go either way.
