As Brendan likes to pick players on form I worry that he might put too much trust in Joe Cole and even Downing (despite Stewie being close to MOTM for me in the last game).

I'd go with: Reina, Wisdom, Agger, Skrtel, Johnson, Lucas, Hendo, Stewie/Joe, Suso, Gerrard, Suarez.

Sterling badly needs a rest and coming off the bench will take some pressure off him. Same for Allen. Hendo has to play as he is in the best form ever in a red shirt. Also Villa will try to play Lambert's way which is to pass it around. Need some high intensity in there.

I think his impact as a sub suggests that he is a very useful sub. People tend to under value that IMO. Like Dzeko or Hernandez for City and United, I don't think starting him would benefit the team.
