It's a surprise we don't seem to have a temporary plan b to suit the players we have until we can get better ones.

We also don't seem to be looking at any quality players for the next window.

I am losing the little faith I had in Rodgers and FSG as well.

Sat watching this in disbelief. I knew it'd be a difficult game, just due to the way Stoke play, but we have been beyond woeful. I thought the Villa game was a low point. This is worse. Suarez is trying so, so hard, but is finding it hard against 8 players surrounding him at every opportunity. Downing again had a decent game. Respect to him for taking a wad of crap for all his time here in order to come through and play well.

What hurts more is that we're always described as a "work in progress" by any commentator when we're on the back foot. We've been a "work in progress" since Rafa left. Too much change (and yes some of it was needed) has caused us to either regress or freeze.

We all knew it was going to be tough from the start of the season to the transfer window.

It's the lack of ideas, intelligence, cohesion & fight, not just the lack of quality that are concerns.

What plan would you suggest? Our major is still goals and that lack of goals leads to issues as we end chasing games which we would not have to if we could put the ball in the net more often.

I had this as a nailed on nil nil. I would have been pretty unhappy with that.
