We really arent progressing are we? This is pretty much exactly where we were last year and I cant see us maintaining any sort of form or strings of decent results. Still no goals, the midfield doesnt look right and we look flat footed. Some players just arent ready for the responsibilty of regular first team games. Shelvey and Suso in particular.

So far were paying the price for a **** team selection. Why wouldn't you bring in Henderson or Allen instead of shelvey at stoke and push Gerrard further forward.

This team selection is a big mistake,but seems to be the norm. Rodgers needs to get a grip,this team is slipping backwards at an alarming rate.

Stoke have set up their men behind the ball, in line with their penalty area. There is so much space down the flanks, yet we insist with playing these 'inverted' wide players.

Get Downing left, Sterling right and allow them to go wide on their natural sides. Obviously we still need to address our numbers in the box and Shelvey needs to make way or turn up in the second half.

if your going to play suso who's a proper no.10 why not just play him in the 10 position. What's the point of playing him wide when he can't get past a player and he doesn't have any pace.

Take shelvey off and bring on Henderson who can also help with their aerial onslaught. Move Gerrard further forward and bring on 60.
