FFS, we definitely need Coutinho then.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Coutinho behind Suarez and Moses on the left. Very mobile front 3.
      Are we winning?

Latest 'update' from Liverpool just confirms he's suffered an ankle injury.

Could we see Aspas or Alberto come into the side?

From the offal - doesn't really give too much away.

Liverpool Football Club can confirm Daniel Sturridge will be assessed by the club's medical staff today after the striker rolled his ankle in training.

The 24-year-old was a late substitute in the Reds' 3-3 draw against Everton last weekend - and the England international netted in the 89th minute to clinch a point at Goodison Park.

Sturridge returned to training at Melwood this week; however, he sustained an ankle sprain which will require further assessment.

It's incredible how often these "sprains" keep people out for weeks. I was looking forward to him hitting some form over Christmas too. I just hope it is minor.

I really hope it's not a high ankle sprain.

                    Worst possible timing.

Good opportunity for Moses and others to step up but we'll miss him badly.

Sturridge did the business when Suarez was out and I expect Suarez to do likewise.

Hopefully not out too long, if we can get and keep him fit, that trio up front will be dynamite.

We can still take 9 points from the next 3 games with the form Suarez is in.

I'd say Norwich can't wait to play him again on Wednesday

The worry with Sturridge is will he always be injury prone

High ankle sprains normally happen when cunts like Evra jump on your leg

Lot of rumours that it is not as bad as it was originally thought.

Grade 2 ankle strain and 4 weeks out.
