My reading of it was that he was given high intensity training and Studge felt it the next day. The pain he felt the next day concerned him so he went for a scan. The scan showed it wasn't "serious" and so what Dan needs is time to differentiate between the two, serious pain & just normal pain.

As Klopp explains, Daniel is being pushed far harder than what he normally would or should be and as such it's a bumpy road back. There's gonna be leaps forward and small steps back. It's normal, again, as Klopp says.

Situation is that no one is saying where's Flanno. No one is calling him a bottler because he's not back yet. Because Studge has a dodgy rep he is apparently an open & live target to be shot at. Despite the club recognising he had a serious legitimate reason as to why he was always missing games, and the solution was finally realised before he was forced past breaking point like Michael Owen was at this club.

As Klopp says, because Studge is such a great player everyone is on top of him and desperate for him to return, impatience is being shown and in fairness it's completely understandable as we all know what a fit Dan can do.

You can all react how you like, but personally, I'm going to give him the time I feel is necessary (as Klopp says) and what I feel he deserves just like any other player at the club. Take away previous injuries, no one would be having a go. People forget how this club ruined the career of Owen by forcing him back when he wasn't ready.

Yes I did and what has Klopps "mood" got to do with anything? He is always cheery! And he is blatantly saying that its all in Sturridge's head, but also says that can be expected after so many injuries. (very clever if you ask me, he will make studge sit up and take notice and also doesn't publicly slam him)
