Klopp has called him out big time now and it's down to him to respond. Sturridge clearly is a confidence player and responds to the applause and attention especially with all the Red or dead **** he posts on Twitter. He also loves himself as witnessed by him constantly looking at himself at the TV whenever the camera turns to him. Now he needs to take a proper look at himself and give himself a slap and wake up. He's a highly paid individual who works very few hours in the day. The rest of which is probably spent wearing **** hats, combing his crap hair, playing Fifa like a ten year old or wanking in one of the ten bathrooms he likely has. He needs to forget about all that ****, knuckle down and start scoring goals otherwise he can piss off and find another club to **** over.

Gerrard said it was in studge's head, Carra has said it, and Klopp has hinted it, and the recent scan result confirmed it. I think it's safe to assume part of the problem is mental. He needs to get a grip and if he can't then the club needs to help him overcome the mental problem. He's too good to just give up on him.

My gripe has been around all the macho posturing in this thread, name callings and the like, mostly around a player who is recovering from a wretched run of injuries. Nothing more, nothing less. Sturridge needs time to get over his problems. I'm done over this now, it's getting tedious and has been for a while.

He's not suffering from depression though is he. He's not come out with anything and if he is then I feel bad for him but he has nothing to suffer from depression from.

As I've already alluded to he's a minted talented individual who is well paid. He has nothing to worry about, nothing to be of concern that we mere mortals suffer from and I suffer from depression on and off myself so I know first hand what it's like to feel like that. He is lazy and needs to get a grip. If he no longer wishes to play the game then he should quit.
