Thanks for the update. Sounds promising.Originally posted by Robbie-9-Fowler View PostHe came on and played in the '#10' role, he got about 4 minutes and had maybe 1 touch of the ball. Nice moment for him.
The touch was in fact a really clever one, nice turn after receiving a pass from the CB's through their midfield. The ball ran away from him a bit but he battled to win it back and played a lovely ball through to Yesil I think but he was offside. If he held his run he was through on goal and the kid could have had an assist.
Has anyone watched him before?

Love watching our reserves/youth teams playing, really do. Even if a lot of them don't go on to play for the first team, we are at least sitting on a mini gold mine if the club can get them out on loan and get noticed.
McLaughlin reminded me of Bale last night in that Inter just couldn't handle him at all. Didn't appreciate just how fast he was until last night.
Good to finally see the qualities that we bought Yesil for shown on the pitch.
A lot to look forward to this year, next stage of league fixtures against better opposition, next stage of Next gen and FA youth cup.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

only seen a few clips of him but he looks like a great wing prospect rather than a full back.
the defensive responsibilities require a little more experience and control/awareness that will probably come with time.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

No, rested a lot of players, but that takes nothing away from our performance.
said earlier that I would have liked to have seen that team against Inter's strongest as it would have been a good match. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
