Any chance this could be off due to the weather?

It has snowed about 10-15 cm here in oldham overnight

The pitch is covered with the snow dome which was lent to the club by the FA so the game should still go ahead
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

Where in Oldham are you Yozza? I'm from Ashton. Going watching Oldham as a kid back in the early 80's nearly ruined my love of football, freezing cold, the smell of cigars and bovril and the fact I couldn't see anything unless I got onto the plastic pitch nearly turned me off. Thank God my dad took me to Man Utd v's Liverpool game and I fell in love with Liverpool although I was in the Utd end. Me and my cousin went home after the game as Liverpool fans and have been ever since.

Just off Ashton Road nr Park Cake bakeries? You probably know the place

I've followed the Reds because my dad ended up in liverpool when he first came over from Pakistan in the 60's - he caught the bug & brought us all up as Reds.

I used to go to watch Oldham all through the late 80's & early 90's as I was on Oldhams books up until 16 - got seriously injured (my knee) & spent a year on crutches. Dr's told me I'd never be abe to play at 100% again so I had to quit & had to pull my finger out at school.....!

Yep I know it well, I also suffered from a knee injury but was never on anyone's books apart from the school register.

Enjoy the game tomorrow, I was offered a ticket in the Chaddy End but my Oldham fans friends are in the main stand and I can't trust myself to keep my mouth shut when a goal goes in. As we're on TV I thought I'd watch it at home in the warmth. Boundary park is freezing at the best of time, never mind after last nights snow.

@Gerrard8FanPage: Rumoured #LFC team vs Oldham: Jones - Wisdom, Skrtel, Carragher, Robinson - Lucas, Allen, Suso - Sterling, Borini, Downing.

                    I'd be happy with that.

                      Excellent, if true.

Suso with an opportunity in his better position and Robinson getting some minutes.

Plus, we've got a leader in the backline!

                        Me too.

Would have liked Coates to start but obviously there may be things going on with him loan/transfer wise.

I guess Allen and Lucas starting might suggest they wouldn't both start against Arsenal (therefore suggesting Henderson will retain his place for that one).

Anyone know if Mclaughlin went on that U19 thingy to Qatar? Hope he's on the bench if not.

Lack of goals would be a concern with that team but should be a decent balance so hopefully we outplay them and get Borini in the goals.

I doubt that'll be the lineup, that's not quite the strong side BR said he was fielding.
Rome wasn't built in a day, but it wasn't built by the apprentice either.

Given how other PL teams have struggled this weekend, I'm a little nervous about this one.
