I must admit, I was wrong about Coutinho. When he joined I was a bit sad because I thought it may hinder Suso's development. I figured Coutinho was only a slight upgrade on Suso and since Suso had the advantage of age then he'd be the one worth our time. I can now see Coutinho is far ahead in his development. To have Suso coming through and Coutinho already at this level, we may have the number 10 role sorted for at least the next 5 years.

Even if I could cash in on Coutinho, I certainly wouldn't buy a full back. What use would I have with a full-back? I'd probably buy myself a holiday home in Costa Rica.

looks a great buy - hopefully he (along with sturridge) can continue this form early on next season.

going back to dww post - i actually likened him to modric a few weeks back (not on here, in pub with mates) and although he does a job out wide, when he's come through the middle 'in the hole' he's looked a lot more dangerous.

at the moment is this form, this is like playing sunday league and having one top player in your side, just get the ball to that player as much as possible cause he'll make something happen.

if we can get the signings in we need then certainly at home against the lesser teams i'd defo be looking to play him more central playing in the hole.

could be mouth watering - if we had a pacy wide man to give us width, sturridge as the front man, getting in the box as much as - and them coutinho and suarez almost in free roles just causing havoc going all over the place getting on the ball and pulling defenders apart. Gerrard linking up, lucas covering and get the back four sorted and that would be exciting at home - we'd take teams apart.

What he has can't be learnt, taught or inherited, IMO. It's the mark of a genius
