Thanjk you.

**** the little rat. He was all smiles when he got his pay rise and five year contract in January but as soon as Barca show interest he all of a sudden wants out. Should have negotiated a release clause in your Co tract if you didn't want to stay. He was nothing but a bench warmer with a ketwig before Liverpool signed him. He is where he is today because of Liverpool.
£100m plus Suarez or **** off Barca. He's not going to win anything with that aging Barca team anyway.
Maybe FSG might deserve some credit for this then?

I applaud their stance with the little ****. For me it's not fact he wants to leave as if it had been earlier in the window then fair enough but he pulled this trick less than 24 hours before the start of the season.
I've always said I'll give credit to FSG for doing things right but also criticise them when they mess up. On this occasion they are bang on.
Personally I think they're holding a poker face and we'll end up doing a deal at the end of the month.
They must realise they got burned with the Suarez fee which should have been ~£100m, even before the absurdity of the current window.
Reckon £120m cash or €100m + Rakitic is *fair* for our best (albeit inconsistent) player. He's not perfect for a klopp team but needs replacing with a guaranteed match winner regardless.
Joyce is reliable but that Tweet is from AnfieldHQ saying Joyce has said "Blah Blah" I can't actually see where Joyce himself has made the comments about Countiho not wanting to play for Liverpool ever again.

Well, Joyce writes for The Times, so...
Course you'll need a subscription, but there are screen grabs of it on Twitter.

That's true but a simple link to the article wouldn't go amiss. It never happens regardless of who the journalist is or who they write for. And if it's behind a pay wall, just say that.

But they never do.
I think it's just assumed that most are familiar with who the NW/Liverpool journos are and who they write for. As well as those which are pay walled.
I find it stranger that these days the general assumption is it's something they'd have reported in 140 characters and not, you know, in an article!
