Stand firm and reject it because:

1. Club don't need the money
2. No realistic replacement exists
3. They are so desperate they have been pushed from 72 to 100 mil. Keep pushing them.
4. Coutinho can be sold next season for 70-140 million, even if it's at the lower end of that range it's only a 30 mil difference and having him for an extra season is worth that this year.
5. Make a statement to clubs like Barca and players in future who might be thinking of doing similar.
