Thanks for the memories Phil and it was wonderful seeing you grow from a young talented teenager to a world-class midfielder. I get he's had his head turned by Barca and as a South American it's a dream move but it still feels like a kick in the teeth the way it's been done by him and them.
I like JCs words on when a star player leaves in this way as he tells them there were better players before he came and there will be better players when he's gone, **** off.

A lot of this is going to be down to his agents, appointed Joorabchian in the Summer of 2016 and the next summer all of this kicks off, KJ doesn’t make his money by a player staying at a club. Phil seemingly hasn’t behaved well but I bet it’s under instruction from the agents and obviously Barca have pulled all the tricks they can to land him.

By that same reasoning, we have signed a cunt who didn't want to play for his club. Come on chaps, it's pure hypocrisy.

Southampton fans will think VVD is a prick, LFC fans will love him, LFC fans will think Coutinho is a prick & Barca fans will love him.

Maybe we can only wait to see how the season pans out to quantify the prickishness of Phil. For now though I think it's perfectly acceptable to refer to him as Cuntinho. If we are successful come the end of the season, that can be downgraded to Toadinho

Well you can call him whatever you want, but you risk being seen as an idiot. Sorry.

He's gone. You can choose to stay bitter or just move on and look ahead.

I don't have a lot of time for agents but I don't believe that it is the agent that has put the desire to play for Barcelona in his head, I don't believe that agents make players agitate for a move that they don't want. The agent will probably be responsible for a lot of the nastiness, going on strike, leaking information and encouraging the player to act up etc.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think Lemar is the one Klopp wants and we will do our best to get him now. Llallana being back and hopefully staying fit, he will take on the central role. Our midfield will be even stronger in the summer with Keita.

                      Gotcha.

But I'm not going to answer your question.

It's ok Nigel we've both been called worse and we both know you're not sorry

Who's bitter btw? It is LFC and what we do is what I am concerned about. We are a much weaker side without him in the squad, that is pretty obvious to anyone who has watched us play this season never mind stats. No excuses about the market or not getting players we want can change that fact... none of us want to hear those types of statement from Klopp in the next few weeks.

If we knew he was going, which blatantly seems like we did, a replacement or replacements should be lined up. Too many times in the past have LFC left themselves sort. We've heard comments from various heads at LFC in the past about the Jan market and how difficult it is, no value etc. So we know all this and have put ourselves under pressure to quickly find a replacement in such a short space or time to replace currently one of the best players in the world, in a market that is notoriously difficult. So we are either going to not get anybody Or get a player an over pay for him as clubs know we are desperate... especially the way Klopp only wants specific players or nobody. It means clubs have us over a barrel.

At this point in time right know, IMO it was mental selling him mid season when everything was going so well. Maybe in the next few weeks i will change my mind, maybe I won't but I certainly don't need you telling me how to feel. If LFC fans want to be angry, sad, bitter, happy, frisky let them be. You have a habit of rocking up to the forums at heightened times or in heated discussions and purposely rubbing people up the wrong way. It happens way too often to be accidental. Same with post match threads, it's emotional and we all say things in there that we might not normally say, I love that. Bit of passion, it's the way it should be even if on times it's irrational or over the top. I have zero problems with arguments, banter, some winding up but ffs mate you're always at it.

Anyways there is still a few weeks & we are still in a great position in league and champs league. On the other hand we play City & Spurs in the space or 2 half weeks or so which could be crucial to how things go for us. See how the rest of the window goes, who knows what will happen.

**** this, I'm not sulking about it. We've got mega money for him. Besides, he's no Suarez or Gerrard and we have probably the best Manager of the world managing the best football club in the world. It's a beautiful day so I'm off for a walk with the missus down the local nature reserve to get some air. More important things in the world than Phillipe Coutinho.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

I think it's down to Klopp's management and his relationship with players.

I understand the feeling but I'm sure he knows what he's doing. We have three weeks to try and get our first choice, so there is still hope. If not, I still think we will be OK.

Sure we will see what happens over the next few weeks before we start jumping out windows. Massive miss for the City game he is & Salah might not be 100% either.
