    Of course it's annoying.

But you can continue to stew about it, or you can look at the bright side instead.
    Oh I don't know.

What game was it last night when a defender made contact with his opponent in the box after the ball had gone and then reacted angrily as though the attacker had dived? That's just as bad as diving but it never gets mentioned in the same category. It widdles me off.

        What a silly expression I've just used/invented.
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

To be honest - It's fair to say Arsenal are a better team than us (at home, anyway).
People expecting us to go there, and come away with 3 points, and then march into the top 4 are being unrealistic.
When Arsenal attack in numbers they have the quality to score goals. (As some of their scorelines this season have shown.)
Bearing in mind the chances they created, we put in a hard working shift (the type Carra typifies) to keep them to two goals. That's not to say Carra should have a place in our best 11. Skrtel makes a much better partner for Agger, and we are much more balanced with Enrique and Johnson on their preferred sides. They pressured us into defensive mistakes, and our midfield looked disjointed and left big gaps. (Lucas not covering enough ground? Tackles not being made? Players not tracking back?)

YES, it was gutting to concede two in quick succession. But on the balance of play we could've lost quite easily and did well to come away with a point.

I'd still say we bounced back from Oldham though. There was more urgency and determination. We attacked at pace and caused them problems. We scored two great goals. (Excellent hold up play by Sturridge on the 2nd goal, too.)We could've got more. We could easily have won.
