Hope we start as close to what we did against City, and we should be able to beat WBA! Sturridge out should mean that either Borini or Sterling goes in to the starting 11.

We really need to win this after the weekends results, with Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal winning. We need to keep up, and can't afford to throw points away against a team like WBA that have dipped seriously in form.

How was your first experience of the English Premiership, Philippe?

Brr. It was a tad nesh tonight, but other than that, I enjoyed playing at Anfield.

I initially thought Sterling, but I would like to seem him come on after 60 minutes ... more of an impact sub, pace etc. I'm just desperate for three points here and start making some ground up on the bluenoses.

Borini scored for the Italy U21's midweek didn't he so I'd put him in as a direct replacement for Sturridge and play Suarez off him, keep the shape of recent weeks the same.
