I'd rather we played an unchanged team for a few weeks to get some consistency going.

Just kidding, fact is though he was backed to the hild by the board and is found wanting when you look at the caliber of players he has brought in.

Bellamy, Pennant, Zenden and Gonzo. Neither of which would get in any other team challenging for the title.

Pennant and Bellamy have no excuses. They know the league.

Lets be blunt. Bellamy has pace but his first touch is inconsistent, and his finishing is patchy as his career record shows.

We need better than that.

Crouch and Kuyt need better service from wide areas. Unless Stevie G plays on the right, and stays there, who else in the squad have we got to supply them?

In the league I think we need to leave Stevie in the middle, leave Kuyt and Crouch up top. Pennant right, Garcia left, Agger in for Hyypia and HAVE A ****ING GO.

As far as the above topic goes lets look at last seasons team:

Reina

Finnan Carra Hyypia Riise
Gerrard Alonso Sissoko Kewell
Morrientes Crouch

Maybe garcia in there as well, but thats pretty much the best team from last season.

This season we have Kuyt in for Morrientes which is a good change and we've lost Kewell, which is seemingly a problem.

So basically we've lost Harry Kewell that's the top and bottom of it, no doubt we missed Momo today but really I can't see why we are so bad compared to last season.
