Allen has been a shocking signing. Imo sterling ain't ready to be a regular.. Even consider loaning him out next season if he continues like this.

Suarez just had an absolute mare.. He's been outstanding so he can be forgiven for having few bad games.

Since about his 4th or 5th game he's been ****ing dog ****. Salif Diao level dog ****. It's so weird as we've seen him be brilliant, but he's been dog **** for so long that it's difficult to call it a blip.

A Swansea fan on another forum that i post on said that Allen was worth about a third of what we paid for him the day we signed him.

A season in the championship would do him the world of good, toughen him up. His first 4 or 5 games or so he looked good, but he really has looked like a child out there for the most part. Not ready for the first team, neither is Suso or Shelvey IMO.

Hired as Liverpool manager after winning a Championship playoff match and finishing 11th in his first season. Doesn't spell a good few years for us.

totally agree Suarez misses were shockers and Henderson coughed up possession for first goal far too easy plus Stevie didn't look interested not good sign!

Must admit, last night concerned me far more than the West Brom result. Genuinely worrying result at how readily we backed off and gave them - Hulk especially - all the time and space he wanted.

Oh, and to beat my favourite drum, last night was yet another example of where we needed Sahin - gives Lucas time to rest, a class holding midfielder with plenty of European experience in tough away games who knows exactly what needs to be done.

I've never understood why we back off when players are running at us. We've been doing it for years. Hugely frustrating. We just allow them to get at us. I don't think we have great defenders on the back foot

It makes no sense.

I don't care who did what in the preparation but EVERYONE in the world of football knows that Hulk has ONE trick in his locker - run to the edge of the box, get it onto his left foot and drill it goalwards. We must've let him do that ("let him" being the operative phrase) at least half a dozen times.

If you can't predict a predictable player like that (same goes for Bale when we play Spurs) then I really don't see how we're going to ever achieve anything.
